Airvan Pilot
About Harry
Harry grew up with aviation from a very young age. And taking his first flight with his father really gave him the ‘flying bug’!
This passion flourished over the years. And it led him to join the RAF Air Cadets in Horsham, progressing to a simulator instructor and gaining his first solo wings at 19.
In recent years, Harry has taken up various jobs to help fund his commercial training. One of these was at Goodwood as a member of the aerodrome fire crew, a position he still holds today.
Harry has also achieved the Goodwood aerodrome professional achievement award for flying over 10 types of GippsAero aircraft during his hours-building phase.
This is Harry’s first commercial flying job since gaining his Commercial Pilot Licence, Multi-Engine Rating and Instrument Rating qualifications. He has a true passion for general aviation, sharing the experience with customers. And he feels privileged to fly in formation with our amazing Spitfires on a daily basis.
In his spare time, Harry enjoys flying his Piper Arrow and very own homebuilt flight simulator!
